NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider the initial zoning of property owned by the City of Foley as OSP (Open Space Preservation District).
Property is 4+/- acres located east of Mills Road and north of Breckner Road.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
