WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0208 appropriated funds to purchase materials needed to install the Streetscape site furnishings, and
WHEREAS, after the site furnishings were installed it was determined that two trash receptacles and two bike racks should be moved off of the sidewalk and placed on a concrete slab adjacent to the sidewalk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates up to $500 to purchase materials to reinstall and better secure Streetscape site furnishings and amends account 12-665-7289 Q70 DOP.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
