This property is located east of County Road 65 and north of County Road 12. Four of the six parcels will be annexed first. At the second reading, and after a public hearing is held, Council will suspend the rules for the immediate adoption of an ordinance annexing the remaining two parcels.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider approving petition for annexation bringing property into the Corporate Limits of the City of Foley owned by Cotton Bayou Development, LLC.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
