      NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider an Ordinance for the Initial Zoning of 3 +/- Acres Owned by The City of Foley. The property is located at the SW corner of Hance Lane and Wolf Creek Ridge.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
