Resolution 13-0074 needs to be amended to show the Mayor is appointing Ms. Caudill to the Planning Commission instead of the Council appointing her.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Section 2 of Resolution No. 13-0074 to read: SECTION 2: The Mayor appoints Sandi Caudill to the Planning Commission beginning December 3, 2012 and ending September 20, 2016 based on the conditions that she submits a copy of the Alabama Ethics Law certification to the City Clerk to be included in the City's General Files. Ms. Caudill is filling the vacancy left from Barbara Beam's resignation.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
