Summary
Foley Police Department is requesting to purchase vehicle equipment to outfit (4) 2023 Chevrolet Tahoes for the patrol unit. The Tahoes are currently assigned to the Investigations unit, but are going to be relocated to the patrol division. The police department was unable to secure 2025 Tahoes for the FY25, so instead purchased Ford F150s for the Investigations unit. We are requesting to spend $35,000 of the FY25 budgeted amount to outfit the (4) 2023 Chevrolet Tahoes. All required City purchasing policies will be followed. The equipment is budgeted under Capital Purchase Account Number 100-2010-5100.
