WHEREAS, the South Baldwin Regional Medical Center would require an alternate care site in the event that there is a catastrophic occurrence that would prevent the hospital from being functional.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the South Baldwin Regional Medical Center's use of the Foley Civic Center as an alternate care site if the hospital is not functional due to a catastrophe.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
