WHEREAS, Graham Creek Nature Preserve budgeted $8000 for Habitat Management to prescribe burn Graham Creek Preserve, but due to weather and timing constraints the burn was unable to be performed this year, and
WHEREAS, the maintenance of the Graham Creek Preserve has increased resulting in an overage in part time salaries.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the request for the transfer of $6000 from the Habitat Management Account #100-630-8151 to Part Time Salaries Account #100-630-1015, the transfer of $500 from the Habitat Management Account #100-630-8151 to Payroll Tax Account #100-630-1030 and the transfer of $200 from the Habitat Management Account #100-630-8151 to Work Comp Account #100-630-1160.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
