WHEREAS, Resolution 25-1122 approved the road building project for the Medical Overlay District; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 25-1425 approved Amendment #1 to include the addition of Waters of the United States permitting and Cultural Resources Investigations in conjunction with the permitting process; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 26-1245 Approved Amendment #2 to perform engineering design modifications to reduce the roadway Right-of-Way along a portion of the roadway route and the Bidding and Contracting services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve permission to solicit bids, award within budget, and appropriate $600,000 to Account No #400-3020-5184
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
