WHEREAS, Graham Creek budgeted $9,000 for a utility vehicle to access park areas for maintenance and events, and
WHEREAS, the John Deere XUV560E provides a four wheel drive crossover vehicle to preform maintenance duties and transportation during events, and
WHEREAS, SunSouth, LCC provided a quote of $7,903.08 for the purchase of a 2019 John Deere XUV560E with black poly roof and front brush guard.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves SunSouth, LLC quote for the purchase of a 2019 John Deere XUV560E at a cost of $7,903.08 under Account No. 100-5090-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
