WHEREAS, the Foley Fire Department has a need and has budgeted for a new full-size 4WD crew cab hybrid pickup truck using the Fire Ad Valorem Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves to go to bid and purchase the budgeted pickup truck and required emergency response equipment under account # 200-2021-5100 for an amount not to exceed $50,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
