WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism would like to develop a plan for paving the gravel parking lots,
WHEREAS, Thompson Engineering has provided a proposal for $44,000 for design and construction documents,
WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism request a budget increase to cover the unbudgeted funds,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates an increase of $44,000 for design and construction documents of the Foley Sports Tourism Complex for account #400-5042-5103 Foley Sports Tourism Fields Parking Lot Paving;
SECTION 2: Approves Thompson Engineering to develop the plans;
SECTION 3: Authorize the Mayor to sign the design contract;
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
