WHEREAS, The City of Foley wishes to subdivide Lot 1 of 98 West for the purposes of showing replat and revised easements; and
WHEREAS, GMC has submitted a proposal for the replat of Lot 1 of 98 West.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the replat of Lot 1 of 98 West under Account No# 100-3020-6020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
