WHEREAS, There is a need to make a few position changes in the Fire Department due to staff changes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes deleting the "Senior Fire Inspector" position from the Pay Plan and increasing the number of "Fire Inspector" slots by one.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
