WHEREAS, a request has been made for a street light to be installed on existing Riviera Utilities' pole no. 23245 located on North Holly Boulevard for safety and security reasons, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department reviewed the request and this area warrants a street light to be installed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the installation of one (1) street light at an annual cost of $90.00 or a monthly cost of $7.50 for lighting budgeted under Account No. 01-620-8090 Public Street Lighting.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
