WHEREAS, Resolution 25-1425 approved Allen Engineering and Science's (AllenES) Amendment #1 professional services proposal which would include the addition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS) permitting and Cultural Resources Investigations in conjunction with the permitting process for the Wilson Ave and Equestrian Park Road project; and
WHEREAS, AllenES submitted Amendment #2 professional services proposal to perform engineering design modifications to reduce the roadway Right-of-Way along a portion of the roadway route and the Bidding and Contracting services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the professional services proposal Amendment #2 for the Wilson Ave and Equestrian Park Road Project from AllenES and appropriate $25,000 to Account No# 400-3020-5184.
SECTION 2: Council authorizes Mayor, Clerk, and other City officials to sign the Professional Services Proposal; and
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
