WHEREAS, the structural drawings for the Dog Park sloped steel canopies did not reference the canopies to be steel painted white after being galvanized, and
WHEREAS, the canopies will be steel painted white after being galvanized and no additional funds are required.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves E-J Builders' Change Order No. 1 for the sloped steel canopies to be steel painted white, with no increase in the contract amount, for Account No. 12-665-7333 R12 DOG PK.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
