WHEREAS, there is a need to obtain professional services to complete the design of the median cut and turnout for the future connection to Riviera Boulevard along East Pride Boulevard, west of Juniper Street, and
WHEREAS, a proposal has been solicited from Hutchison, Moore and Rauch, LLC for survey work, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department will be performing the design once the survey is completed and will solicit bids for construction in late Fiscal Year 2018 upon Council approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Hutchison, Moore and Rauch, LLC's survey proposal and appropriates $3,190 under Account No. 400-3020-5125-R40-Survey-PHII.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
