WHEREAS, the City of Foley Library would like to expand the Fiction Section by purchasing and installing additional shelving, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Library would like to move $3,500.00 from Account # 04-600-5025 to Account # 04-600-5010 to accomplish this goal, and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned funding is already budgeted and its movement approved by the City of Foley Library Advisory Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the re-allocation of $3,500.00 and its use to purchase and install shelving.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
