WHEREAS, there is a need for drainage improvements along Crown Walk Drive to alleviate flooding during rain storms, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department will design a plan to repair the drainage issues and the construction work will be publicly bid, and
WHEREAS, the cost estimate for the drainage improvements is $150,000.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the project to be designed by the Engineering Department and the construction work to be publicly bid.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $150,000.00 to Account No. 12-665-7128 A19 CROWN.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
