WHEREAS, The FY2022 budget approved the position of Director of Recreation after the new organizational structure added the Leisure Services Division, and
WHEREAS, a job analysis resulted in the need to convert and upgrade that position to Director of Parks and Recreation within the Leisure Services Division.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the Pay Classification Plan by converting and upgrading the position of Director of Recreation (Grade 240) to Director of Parks and Recreation (Job Code 5030112 / Grade 250). The Human Resources Division will provide the departmental transfers to the Financial Services Division once the position is filled.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
