WHEREAS, Resolution 17-1076 funded the development of an Access Management Plan for Milfin Road, and
WHEREAS, the draft plan as has been used informally to guide development along Miflin Road, and
WHEREAS, the Roadway System Report 2019 Update includes three individual phases of the Milfin Road (CR 20) AMP.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Formally accepts the Miflin Road Access Management Plan as presented and direct Staff to incorporate three project Phases into the long range Capital plan for funding and implementation.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
