Additionally, we are requesting $20,000 to reopen the park bathrooms. The work will include replacing rotten siding, painting, and installing new toilets.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates up to $75,000 for replastering Aaronville Pool and upgrading the siding on the Aaronville bathroom building to account 12-665-7362.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
