WHEREAS, The Public Safety Department is in need of additional funding for the City Hall bollards; and
WHEREAS, Engineering has identified a small surplus of funding in the operational Maintenance account; and
WHEREAS, Engineering is requesting to transfer funds from the Engineering operational Maintenance account to Public Safety's Safety Improvements account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve and transfer $7,000 from 100-3020-6012 Maintenance account to 100-2000-6214 Safety Improvements account.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
