WHEREAS, Graham Creek requests to host 2018 Creek Crawl, a 4 mile mud run and obstacle race on November 17, 2018 at Graham Creek Nature Preserve, and
WHEREAS, the event will provide food and and a beer (to those 21 and older with an ID) to participants and volunteers.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the 2018 Creek Crawl race to be held at Graham Creek Preserve and allows the serving of alcohol at the event.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
