Body

WHEREAS, the existing greenhouse, on the east end of Fern Ave. at the horticulture complex, is about 25 years old and due to recent storms has lost 50% of its covering. While recovering, it is necessary that we replace most of the wood framing that is rotten. The end walls are structurally sound and will remain in place which will save approximately $3,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:     Accepts Techne Structures option 3 quote of $6,600 and amends the budget for account 01-625-5200.
SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
