WHEREAS, Chloe Salinas, on behalf of the Foley Art Center, has requested the use of Heritage Park and John B. Foley Park at no charge for the 53rd Annual Art in the Park on May 9-11, 2025.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving fees for the use of Heritage Park and John B. Foley Park for the 53rd Annual Art in the Park from May 9-11, 2025.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
