WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation would like to surplus a problem mower, and
WHEREAS, Since this mower has been down on numerous occasions, Sunsouth has offered to trade it for a new 2024 John Deere 1575 mower serial number 1TC1575VCRR110210, and
WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation would like to declare 2022 John Deere 1575 mower, serial number 1TC1575VANS080227 as surplus.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the 2022 John Deere 1575 mower, serial number 1TC1575VANS080227, as surplus and approves trading it for 2024 John Deere Front Mount 1575 mower, serial number 1TC1575VCRR110210 at no additional cost.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
