WHEREAS, City Hope Church is requesting the use of Foley Kids Park for an Easter Egg Hunt on April 20, 2019 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves City Hope Church to use the Foley Kids Park on April 20, 2019 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm for an Easter Egg Hunt.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
