WHEREAS, the Graham Creek maintenance area contains a metal storage container that requires a roof, and
WHEREAS, Heard Roofing Company quoted a roof with an extension for equipment storage at $4650.25.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Heard Roofing Company to construct a roof for the Graham Creek maintenance area and allocates up to $5115.28 to Account No. 400-5090-5103 for the project.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
