WHEREAS, The essential job duties of the Economic Development Director have changed significantly since the position was first created. Therefore, a job analysis was conducted on this position and The Archer Company recommends a pay grade increase from a Grade 37 to a Grade 39 in the City's Pay Classification System.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes a Pay Grade modification to the Economic Development Director position to move that position from a Grade 37 to a Grade 39 in the city's Pay Classification System.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
