WHEREAS, the City Council intends to extend S James Road, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department solicited a design proposal for the extension from Brinks Willis Road to Gulf Shores Corporate Limits, and
WHEREAS, GMC LLC has submitted a proposal for the James Road Extension Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves GMC LLC's proposal and appropriates $200,000.00 to Account No #400-3010-5100 CR-10
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
