WHEREAS, Resolution No. 18-1064 approved accepting the donation of property in order to provide road access to Hwy 59, and
WHEREAS, Funds need to be appropriated for engineering services, and
WHEREAS, There is a need to solicit bids for the construction phase.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts HMR's Professional Services Agreement for the Woerner Property Access & Improvements/Hwy 59 Project to provide engineering services.
SECTION 2: Appropriates funds in the amount of $52,350.00 to account 400-665-7393 R38 PROF.
SECTION 3: Approves request to solicit bids.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
