WHEREAS, the Municipal Complex Department has budgeted $60,000 for a new truck under the FY26 Capital Purchase Account #100-1020-5100, and
WHEREAS, the current 2012 Ford F150 XCAB asset number 9462 VIN#1FTFX1EF6CFB56991 will be deemed surplus and disposed of via auction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves going to bid for a new truck not to exceed $60,000 budgeted under Account 100-1020-5100.
SECTION 2: Approves to surplus the current 2012 Ford F150 XCAB asset number 9462 VIN#1FTFX1EF6CFB56991 and approves disposal of via auction.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
