WHEREAS, Thompson Engineering, Inc. submitted a proposal for designl engineering services for the FBE; CR12-CR28 Low Cost Safety Improvements project, Project No. HSIP-0200(254) in the amount of $6,598.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Thompson Engineering, Inc.'s proposal for design engineering services for the FBE; CR12-CR28 Low Cost Safety Improvements project.
SECTION 2: Authorizes Mayor Hellmich to execute the agreement with Thompson Engineering, Inc. for design engineering services.
SECTION3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
