WHEREAS, the Planning & Development Inspections Department requests to purchase a 2026 Ford F150 from Stivers Ford Lincoln under state contract MA220000003128-15, and
WHEREAS, this is a budgeted purchase in FY26 under account #100-2032-5100 listed as Vehicle for $50,000.00, and
WHEREAS, this vehicle will be a replacement for the 2013 Ford F150, asset number 9616, VIN 4376 that is being transferred to the Infrastructure and Development department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a 2025 Ford F150 from Stivers Ford Lincoln under state contract MA220000003128-15 not to exceed $48,000.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
