WHEREAS, the Residential Sanitation Department requests to declare Truck # 401187 VIN# 1FTFW1E58NFB03576 as surplus and donate to the City of Foley Public Works Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the request to surplus Truck # 401187, VIN# 1FTFW1E58NFB03576 as surplus and donate it to the City of Foley Public Works Department.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
