WHEREAS, on November 2, 2020, Council adopted Resolution 20-1309, which appointed Sue Steigerwald as the Finance Director/City Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, effective January 1, 2024, Ms. Steigerwald will be retiring. Therefore, Resolution 20-1309 must be rescinded effective on January 1, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Rescinds Resolution 20-1309 Appointment of Finance Director/City Treasurer effective January 1, 2024.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
