WHEREAS, there is a need to assess the soil conditions adjacent to Ashford Park and Hampton Park subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has solicited and received a proposal from CAG & Associates for observation and reporting on a test excavation to be performed by the Public Works Department in this area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $1,500.00 and approves CAG & Associates proposal for a subsurface investigation of soil conditions in the area referenced for Account No. 12-600-9375 A14 APHP.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
