WHEREAS, there is a need to enter into post disaster debris removal service contract with D&J Enterprises, Inc., and,
WHEREAS, there is a need to enter into a consulting contract with Landfall Strategies, LLC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve entering into a contract with D&J Enterprises for Post-Disaster Debris Removal for an amount not to exceed $8 MILLION, and amending account # 100-9200-6996 accordingly.
SECTION 2: Approve entering into a contract with Landfall Strategies for Consulting Services & Other Services Related to Debris Removal for an amount not to exceed $5 MILLION, and amending account # 100-9200-6996 accordingly.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
