WHEREAS, the Street Department is requesting to transfer $6,000 from Salaries- Street account to Part Time Salaries- Public Works account in order to cover a temporary position, AND
WHEREAS, Street Department also requests to transfer $450 from Payroll Taxes- Street account to Payroll Taxes- Public Works account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the budget transfer of $6,000 from Salaries- Street Account # 100-3010-5000 to Part Time Salaries- Public Works Account# 100-1060-5002.
SECTION 2: Approves the budget transfer of $450 from Payroll Taxes- Street Account# 100-3010-5004 to Payroll Taxes- Public Works Account# 100-1060-5004.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
