Summary
The Public Works Complex budget is in need of $335,000 in order to bring the project current through full transparency and proper memorialization of prior actions. The requested budget appropriation and memorialization is to account for, for but not limited to: A previous EDT increase, prior EDT payment, Construction Admin Services, multiple Crucible change orders, Ammons change orders, as well as fencing allocation.

WHEREAS, Public Works is requesting $335,000 for The Public Works Complex under account 400-1060-5100 (R66) , and
WHEREAS, Public Works is requesting to Memorialize the funding to cover multiple project commitments and changes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializing previous change orders, approve current change orders and appropriate additional funds in the amount of $335,000.00 for the Public Works Complex project under Account # 400-1060-5100 (R66).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
