WHEREAS, OWA requests to host two additional fireworks shows on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony and on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 8:50 p.m. for New Year's Eve.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves fireworks display to be held at the OWA grounds on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony and on Saturday, December 31 2022 at 8:50 p.m. for New Year's Eve.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
