The City desires to purchase real property located on HWY 59 and further described as Tax Parcel ID # 05-54-09-29-4-401-022.000 and PPIN# 11750 in the amount of $250,000.00 plus closing costs.

Description:
Lots 16, 17, 18 and 19, Block 11 of Magnolia Springs Land Company Subdivision of
Foley, Alabama, according to the plat thereof recorded in Map Book 1, Page 25 in
the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of real property located on HWY 59 and further described as Tax Parcel ID # 05-54-09-29-4-401-022.000 and PPIN# 11750 in the amount not to exceed $255,000 including closing costs from Account # 400-1010-5107 Land Purchases.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor to sign all appropriate documents for the purchase.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
