WHEREAS, Resolution 25-1189 was adopted on June 16, 2025, which accepted utilizing the Impact Fee Funding for the paving of the Pilgrim Street Extension; and
WHEREAS, after further communications, it has been determined that the Impact Fee Funding should not be utilized in Resolution 25-1189; and
WHEREAS, the funding should be transferred from the Impact Fee Funding account to a Capital Project account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Rescind Resolution 25-1189 A Resolution to Utilize Impact Fee Funding for the Paving of the Pilgrim Street Extension.
SECTION 2: Appropriate $141,000.00 from 208-3000-5100 South Pilgrim Paving to 400-3010-5100 CR-9.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
