WHEREAS, the Dog Park has been open for one (1) year and there is a need for maintenance work, and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that maintenance for the remainder of this year will be approximately $4,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves appropriating a total amount of $4,000 for maintenance to the Dog Park to Account No. 01-611-4030.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
