WHEREAS, the Horticulture Department budgeted a zero turn mower for $11,000 under Account # 100-5050-5100, AND
WHEREAS, the Horticulture Department is requesting to purchase a Bad Boy Maverick HR 54" Honda GXV700R for $7,649.99 through government pricing from Dutchman's Lawn and Garden, LLC, AND
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Horticulture Department's request to purchase a budgeted zero turn mower for $7,649.99 from Account # 100-5050-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
