WHEREAS, The City of Foley desires to widen, resurface, and improve the Foley Beach Express, and
WHEREAS, intersection improvements are planned for CR12 and the Foley Beach Express as part of this project, and
WHEREAS, two power poles require relocation to accommodate a turn lane at this location, and
WHEREAS, a cost proposal has been solicited from Baldwin EMC for this work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves and appropriates funds in the amount of $27,412.76 to Account No# 400-3020-6197 A13 PH22 for Baldwin EMC's proposal to relocate two power poles required to accommodate a turn lane.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
