WHEREAS, on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, the Revitalization and Beautification Board voted to recommend to the Foley City Council to approve commissioning Jessica Kinsey to paint a mural on the wooden fence at the Foley Art Center.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the commissioning of Jessica Kinsey to paint a mural on the fence at the Foley Art Center as recommended by the Foley Revitalization and Beautification Board.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
