WHEREAS, The Foley City Council wishes to to do a $10,000 sponsorship of the Govenor's inauguration ball at the Gulf State Lodge in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and
WHEREAS, in return for the $10,000 sponorship package, the City's logo will be placed on signage at the event, sixteen (16) tickets to the event and VIP reception prior to the event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $10,000 for a sponsorship for the Governor's Inauguration ball and amends Account No. 100-1011-6052 Public Relations accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
